How much is the deposit and when do I pay it?
To confirm your booking of a full day session, I require a reservation fee of 2000dkk. The reservation fee is not refundable, but will of course be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo once we have finished the session. The reservation fee is paid by card through Tattoodo, when you book the appointment. I do not offer any financing options for payments.
When will I see the design? Can I request changes?
I do not send any designs beforehand. The design is prepared as a cooperation with you, once you arrive at your session. Preparing projects like this, gives me the best possibility, to bring you along the way, explain why something would work and why something wouldn't. And simply to make the best design possible, that fulfills your wishes fully, if not even better than you imagined.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let me know latest one week in advance. Your reservation fee, will be moved to your new appointment. If you wish to cancel your session due to regrets or insecurity, your reservation fee will be available for you to use, if you wish to book the session again eventually. The reservation fee is not refundable, due to the time spent for preparation. I wish to secure serious requests, and security of my work schedule and calendar. If you are sick on the day of your appointment, your reservation fee, will however still be available at any time for the new booking, regardless of timeframe for cancellation.
Can I bring a friend?
It is preferred that you show up just you for your appointment. We are located at a large open space at Dropout CPH, with lots of artist and lots of clients. And for that reason, we wish to just invite clients to the tattooing area, to not get a too loud or crowded space, when we're all at work. It will also give you a better vision of what you want, and not get too much information and opinions from friends/family. It gives you and I, a better opportunity to connect, and figure just the right design for you! And not to forget, the best opportunity for me to concentrate on providing you the best service!
What payment methods do you accept?
For the remaining balance after the reservation fee is deducted, you can pay securely through Tattoodo with all major credit and debit cards. I do not offer financing options.
