my experience with Fred was great from start. I sent him my ideas for the project and he embraced it with all his creativity and attention. he posted about the creative process that evolved studying an actual snake for days we've had three sessions already and there are still many to go, since this is only the start of a semi bodysuit. he's very attentive to the project and turns each idea into an artpiece that fits and enhances the body aesthetic. we became friends throughout the project, as he is to many of the people he tattoos I traveled hours from São Paulo to Juiz de Fora, where his studio used to be, and most of his clients come from ever further to meet him at his studio in NY or the other cities he always goes to so reach him if you'd like an unique tattoo, a friend and an awesome human being with ideas ahead of time. the sessions are full of great music and conversations about surprisingly interesting stuff
Getting tattooed by Frederico was such a great experience. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely welcome—he’s warm, friendly, and really easy to talk to. What really impressed me was how genuinely interested he was in my ideas. He dove deep into the concept, did his own research, and asked thoughtful questions that made me feel like he truly cared about bringing it to life. The design process was super collaborative. He took the time to explore different directions with me until we landed on something I felt really excited about. Nothing felt rushed—he was patient, creative, and totally committed to making sure I was happy with the design. The studio itself had such a nice vibe—calm, clean, and very comfortable. I’m already looking forward to my next session and would absolutely recommend Frederico to anyone looking for a more personal, curated tattoo experience.
Currently accepting bookings
To hold your spot, I usually require a drawing deposit. This deposit is paid by card through Tattoodo when you book the appointment. I offer financing options through Klarna, allowing you to spread out the deposit cost if needed.
Usually, I show the drawing on the day of the session. It is my regular process. If that doesn’t work for you, we can try to find a different solution. Sometimes parts of the drawing process are a bunch of sketches that just make sense to me, but they may not look clear enough to represent the finished project. In general, I spend time tweaking the drawing until the day before the tattoo. I can imagine you're excited for it!
Yes! I like to do 2 days in a row, but it's not mandatory. If you're traveler we can do up to 5 days in row.
If you need to reschedule, please let me know 48 hours in advance otherwise your deposit will be forfeited and you will need a new deposit to book another appointment. Ideally I would prefer a 2 week to a month notice on any schedule changes. Deposits are nonrefundable.
