We both agreed that our experience with Alex was extremely pleasant. She was patient, reassuring, and thoughtful when answering my questions. We both really appreciated her gentle guidance and artistic direction, which helped us create a design that will always remind me and my family of our time here in London. Got an tattoo with her in July in berlin. She was honestly so great! Before our appointment she updated me with the design. She took her time with placing the stencil, so it looks perfect, always asking to make sure i'm happy. She also guided me through the appointment, told me what shes is gonna do and made me comfortable. She also let me have enough breaks if I needed one. After that she guided me through the aftercare and told me shes always available for questions. Great experience! Would totally recommend!

Communication was impeccable and I was able to change my appointment time without hesitation.
