HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Black Chapels owner has the worst work ethics. Incredibly arrogant man to deal with. This tattoo parlour will last another year max . "Couldn't give a fuck about the review you give us" were his words to me. Advise "Skin Deep" in Newtown, they are supposed to be phenomenal so I'll be heading their next time👍
