I've had a look and it seems like MANY people have had the same problem as me with this studio. Avoid them like a plague! They have some decent artists but it seems like the management/ownership are terrible and unprofessional.
They have been sitting on my deposit that I've been trying to get back for months due to my appointment being cancelled during lockdown and the artist with whom I had booked subsequently leaving. I was willing to book with another artist to save the hassle of trying to get a refund, but was made to wait three months (!!) before being offered an appointment - in that time, I saw them posting daily on instagram looking for new clients, obviously giving them priority slots over the existing customers who's deposits they were already sitting on. They then offered me an appointment eleven months down the line!
They have admitted they are wrong (it took three emails and the threat of court to even get a reply!) and have offered to refund me, but over a month later I am still waiting for my money. They've completely ghosted me, not returning any e-mails and telling me when I call that management will get back to me (no prizes for guessing if that's happens).
There are MANY good, reputable studios with good artists in Glasgow, and a company that treats treats their customers like this definitely doesn't deserve anyone's custom!
