Tattoo & Piercing Artists Are Licensed by New York City. Multiple artists available. Tattoo's are done by appointments preferably, all walk-ins are also welcome. We have multiple artist to fit all your needs. 18 and over, no exceptions. If you need a custom designs, please have references pictures and a though out concept.
