More preoccupied with their CoffeeXCafe than tattoos now. Totally unsanitary. Their apprentices move from cleaning up after tattoos and piercings to making smoothies and coffee without ever putting on gloves or washing hands. While talking to the shop manager, discovered that the piercer was busy cooking chicken in the back room and needed to come out to do piercings in between. Are you running a shop or a restaurant, and which one matters more to you? Because you clearly can't do both at the same time. Person with me preordered a smoothie to go with their tattoo, and I watched their shop manager leave the counter to go back into the kitchen to try and make it while other customers were stuck in the lobby.
