I went in wanting a floral half sleeve that didn't read too feminine. I saw Jack's work and saw that while his designs tend towards the historical illustrations, he had done a few florals before. I fell in love with his designs and reached out to see if he'd be up for my half sleeve. We managed to get the work done in a day - which involved 2 hours of planning the composition and drawing it on, and about 7 hours or nearly non stop tattooing. The design was drawn on and not stencilled, which meant that the final result is completely tailored to my arm and we could discuss the design as it was being drawn on. 7 hours is a loooong time to be tattooing, so I was very impressed by the focus throughout even with a Christmas party kicking off in the background! This was my first tattoo in about 10 years so I was a little nervous going on, but jack was very professional and put my worried at ease. End result is stunning and I couldn't recommend him more!
